I'm not sure what you are saying but...

You and her must be in the same room, at the same time, in the same marriage ceremony.

Your question has already been answered. The marriage will not be recognized by Canada. You must both be present in person and together at the ceremony. She cannot sponsor you.

hi! What did you do with your case with your online marriage?

Online marriages aren't recognized. You have to get remarried in person.

What application?

What if you divorced the person? Does it affect your application for PR?

You haven't give us enough info. Who is applying for PR? What kind of PR application / through which stream?

Why do you stick to your opinion?
1- No proxy marriage, no online marriage or whatever.
2-You have to be both at the same room signing the documents at the same time.
3-No third party involve due to absence of one party ( proxy).
4-No bigamy or polygamy ( marry another person while still in a previous marriage)

NB: If you think otherwise, your marriage won't be recognized in Canada and subsequently unable to be sponsored.

Once IRCC makes a decision, it doesn't matter even if you are divorced. You will not be able to withdraw the application and you are still required to support the other person during the undertaking period.

When PA is landed as PR in Canada; but not after a decision is made.
