Online info re "landing" with household goods inventory?

Where do I go online to get info re procedure for preparing household inventory and the like in prep for "landing" in Nova Scotia now that I have rec'd Permanent Residency status?

Is there a forum with info on this next step?

Thanks for the helpful link. However, i would like to know some things clearly. Soon when my visa arrives i intend to travel with 2 suitcases (1 with clothes/bedding and 1 with shoes, wall hangings & some food stuffs). How do i declare these items?? do i state the value of every item? Will i be allowed to enter canada with these food stuffs? What kind of foods are not allowed??
