I’m currently doing online spousal visa application for my wife, and I’m doing “supplementary information” and “additional family information”, both of which asks for their name to be written both in English and their native language.
They don’t have any specific section for us to write the names in our native language, and they also don’t have additional form for us to fill them out in the native language, as we are just filling out the questionnaire given to us in the online portal.
So how do I fill out this information? Do I write as
Smith スミス John ジョン
or is there more correct way to fill this?
Also what do we put for expiration date for national identity document, when there are no expiry? They mandate us to put a value in (yyyy/mm/ss) so I can’t type “not applicable”
