Online form - confusion

Hi Guys,

I am filling my online form in order to submit my application (got ITA in 16th round)

under personal history, i am a bit confused.

I travelled to London from India twice during my last employment for 2 months during trip (in 2014). Should I show these 2 months in different rows? I am currently showing 2012 to mar 2015 as one row.

I had the same situation. Travelled to UK 2 times with 2 weeks break in India between travels.
I entered it as 2 rows, even if it was on the same visa. It's better to show in 2 rows, as there is no misrepresentation.

You will have two entry and exit stamps so no harm showing it in two rows.

I also went on a holiday to Europe in 2013. It was 16day vacation. Under what header should I put? I was employed by on leave and other categories don't fit it.
