Online fee payment (Need urgent help)

I am in Canada and have to make the online payment for RPRF for my sponsored wife under family class. Now I have only a VISA Debit Card of TD Bank, Canada and I do now have any Credit Card. So I just want to know that whether I can make online payment thru my debit card or not. As on the site it is mentioned credit card only.

Pls reply as it is very urgent and she has to send the passports alongwith this fee reciept.

I'm having the same problem. Actually, on the website it says they accept prepaid credit cards (which is what debit cards basically are).

I've been using a MasterCard debit card virtually everywhere that needs a credit card, and it works perfectly fine. But every time I am attempting to pay for my application, they're rejecting it.

And the website is so horribly unreliable, this is quite a negative experience. I wonder if anyone has any insights on this.
