Agreed - I was expecting a fair process for all. Regardless when you applied should have been placed on que. first come first out rather than digitalization. we were the first no matter what we and the new applicants followed the same paper based submission of the documents they did not send digital documents so this isnt fair that thier cases are processed quickly. what the hell!... I applied from Toronto in April 2019. My fam applied in August 2019. Nothing yet!

The process is truly draining. I applied August 2019 from Brampton and only got a test invite March 25, 2021. I’m not holding my breath for the oath invite! Lol

Sounds great! at least you got the invite. half my fam applied in August 2019 nothing for them as well Loll.!!

Lol that’s true. I know a lot of people applied before me and are still waiting. This whole thing is a mess. We can only hope that one day they will get it right. There is absolutely no order. It appears things are done at random and by luck hahaha. Keep me posted on your progress. All the best!

We have similar timelines but I have finished my interviews and now just waiting for oath. It sounds like your file might be non-routine, and some clearances might be pending. You can always call them or request ATIP notes to make sure.

Did any one got Oath invite from Mississauga Office recently ?
Don't know their plan about the oath ceremonies , hearing about test invites from them but havn't heard about any Oath invitation from this office since start of March.
If anyone has any news about oaths from this office please do share.

I actually just saw one from Mississauga that got invited to oath on Facebook. The OP received it on Apr 19th for oath on the 26th. Passed the test on March 4th. It is the first one I saw in the past couple months.

Atleast they started but don't know how fast they will be. Maybe other ppl have been invited too because definately they will not conduct ceremony only for 1 person but this delay is so so frustrating.

Believe it or not, I have friends they applied Sep 2020 which is Q3 2020 and some Dec 2020 which is Q4 2020 and they got their test invite. This is truly not fair we have been waiting for 2 years now and there is no updates. if they are looking at the que we are the first I am wondering if our documents are lost or destroyed lol....

I have a friend too that applied SEPT 2018, just got invited for a test March 2021, unfortunately didnt pass the test so have to wait for the next email for 2nd try...

Maybe it all depends on the officer and office thats holding our papers...

Hopefully he will get a second invite soon. Imagine waiting that long only to wait again.

Yes, and he wasnt really prepared to take the test he told me, he wasnt able to review or read...thats why its important to read (discover canada) and practice test.

If he had at least read it once he would have been fine. Hope he will prepare better next time.

Hello , i wrote my test online citizenship and i passed but i did one mistake when they asked for id photo i took mine photo and then moved to page 2 and then realized my mistake , but didnt go back to previous page and thought may be it will create problem. And attempt test and passed test. Now very much confused what will happen to my test will they accept it without my photo ID . what should i do please help and suugest and guide me

I think you can email them the id same email they sent you for the test invite or thru web form mentioning you forgot to take a photo.
