I haven't done the exam but as a preparation I choose some online platform to practice. I don't think we have to memories the book hardly, but for sure we need to note the main points. I usually use https://www.citizenshipsupport.ca/ . It cover all the chapters and have more than 600 questions, but the only downside is, you have to pay for it. I don't think its necessary. I also use other online platform like
https://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/
https://www.torontopubliclibrary.ca/new-to-canada/citizenship.jsp
https://www.apnatoronto.com/canadian-citizenship-test-practice/
Thank you so much for your useful information!

The test will be based entirely off the book, only thing you need to know beside the book is the blanks that you need to fill out yourself in the book (the provincial legislature).
Thank you so much! Great help for me!

  • Make sure that only your photo ID and your hand are visible to the webcam (not your face).
if the face showed a small part behind the ID,is it still qualified?

I just gave the test 20/20 and my ID was not fitting properly if my face is not there so not a big issue.

By the way,I passed the test 8th March and I haven’t received any call from IRCC like mentioned in this article. No news is good news, right?
In this particular case no news is no news. Make sure you call them a couple of weeks down the road

I have a question on the tests.
Do you have to learn up on the Premiers, Party in power, Lt. Governor, etc for other Provinces/territories ?
I can prepare accordingly.

I think that these are in the guide. Towards the end pages, there are some questions/info that’s recommended. It wouldn’t hurt finding out those info.
