I did request a confirmation and IRCC Vancouver (my file is in Scarborough office) confirmed to me. But this was last March (a week before emergency). You can ask them to confirm receicpt, send a web form and they will be able to confirm it. You can use this opportunity to ask for status too. Good luck

Honestly speaking, I've decided to just hunker down for the long run and renew my PR Card (since I'll need it to access services in my Province), the latter of which I never thought I need to do. The only respite in all this is that I'm certain that I'm eligible for citizenship, otherwise I wouldn't have been invited to take the test in the first place.

The wait is painful for everyone! Just hang in there and live your life as is....it will come through eventually..

Can you shed light how many people were in your Oath ceremony? I know you might not know, but do you have any idea which office conducted ceremony ?

I m waiting for test and seems our files in Scarborough are giving warmth to them, that is why they are sitting on them.

Really hope it continues to be a success. I am still surprised sometimes that IRCC hasn't invested in modernizing its processes.

And I am hoping we get our stuff together on vaccine front too so that things can go back to being normal.
