Well, unfortunately, there's nothing you can do now. You will very likely receive a notification to re-do the test, this time, orally in front of IRCC officials. IRCC officers will show you a PowerPoint presentation with the questions and you'll have to provide answers orally. This is done over MS-Teams. You'll have the same number of questions and the same time limit.hey guys, by mistake instead of clicking picture of my photo ID, I took my picture both the time during citizenship test/ What shall I do?

For couple of people, they asked to send your ID (not sure if it was with face in it) but no one knows what they will decide. You have to wait and see, as usual.hey guys, by mistake instead of clicking picture of my photo ID, I took my picture both the time during citizenship test/ What shall I do?

I used my PR card for the test..Hi All,
The test requires an ID with my signature on it, such as my PR card. However, my PR card doesn't have a signature on it. Looks like since 2012 signatures have been removed from the PR card.
Wonder has anyone taken online citizenship test with a PR card without signature on it?
If they suspect anything, the worst thing that'll likely happen is you'll get a re-test request. It isn't a problem if other tabs are open and you stay on the test page. The problem comes in when you leave the test page for any reason.Just finished my citizentest, it was super easy and I got 20/20. The whole test only took me 5 mintues,
However, during the test, I somehow noticed that there are unclosed tabs in my browser. For whatever stupid reasons, I decided to close the tabs, which made me switch to another tab for around 3 seconds and after coming back to the test page I saw a warning box.
Not sure whether they are going to treat this as potential cheating or not.. I hope the worst case I will get is to retake the exam and they won't reject my application... should I write them an email to explain this?
Thanks, will definitely give an update after hearing from the immigration officeIf they suspect anything, the worst thing that'll likely happen is you'll get a re-test request. Anyway, a very short duration like that shouldn't cause issues IMO.
Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.
May be there is no status in the system to show online as passed/failed. No idea.Bonjour,
My son failed his citizenship test (12/20). We are confused; please why the citizenship test status has been updated to Completed ?? It shouldn't said completed because he failed his test?? Or this is the regular process?? Thank you for your feedback.
It will most likely go back to "In Progress" and a re-test invitation will be sent. The second time, your son has to take the test orally with IRCC officials present via MS teams. The officer will show a PowerPoint slide containing the questions and answers need to be provided orally. Same number of questions and the same time limit applies.Bonjour,

May be a couple of days before the test. There are a few accounts where the applicant never received the test email but went ahead and completed the test anyway.Tracker shows the test date already, when does the email comes in?
Thank you for your quick response. Up to date the citizenship test status remain as "completed". Please any idea how long it will take to go back to "In Progress" ??
