Online citizenship test completed, waiting for next steps

1. Anyone waiting to hear back after Test -> DM or any further updates. (for Scarborough Location).
2. I called help desk and i was told that my test is still not updated on the file and agent asked " DID YOU TOOK THE TEST"? (i took my test on 7thFeb)
   i was shocked, good thing i have email that will be generated after test.

Any one has same experience like me. Your expertise advice will make me relief

Maybe it was just too early for the call centre to notice, because you did call so soon after your test. You can try again perhaps at the end of this week.

Oh I see. Thanks for the clarification. I'm not sure if I should call IRCC and ask but maybe I'll wait for one or 2 weeks

well today, is day 45 since I wrote test. I sent a webform on Friday, we will see what their standard response is.

I know sometimes the update shows before the email comes as I have seen in other cases. I think you will get it in the next day or two... if it's been a week, maybe follow up with a call.

I called the agent and she said the correspondence is for the fingerprints. But i don't have the letter yet .

I'm just wondering, after online test and virtual oath ceremony... what are the next steps? How long of a wait before we can get citizenship certificate, so we can apply for the Canadian passport? Will the citizenship certificate come by mail?

Based on others experience, it could be anywhere from 6 days to 2-3 weeks after oath. Yes, you will get a physical certificate by mail. Good luck.

I got my invite to the online test on Dec. 18th and took the test on Dec. 26th. I haven’t got the email asking for extra documentation that some people seem to have gotten either around the same time as getting the online test invite or after they take the test. I’m just waiting on the next steps.

Only the online test is available right now and you mist be physically in Canada to take it.

what make me worried is when i called lady over phone said that there is no entry on file about test completion.

Can you please share your timeline.

I had a test invite in person on Mar 17, 2020, But it got cancelled due to Covid. Waiting to get a letter for the Online test.
