now you can apply online for visitor visas on cic website. can you do the same for supervisa. my parents from asia but they are currently in usa. can they apply for visa in the new york visa office.

I believe you can apply but they must satisfy all requirements etc. CIC recommends applicants apply from their home countries as you can easily prove ties however there are no restrictions as long as you can satisfy all requirements.
Pay attention to the application form IMM5257 (Item 9) country where applying from. I believe this is how they determine your Local high commission

I know it's been a long time now. But did you apply Super Visa for your parents from US and did it get approved?
