I want to understand the benefits of completing a Canadian online degree(ex:masters...), where does it stand in the work permits?
I don't know how to say it, but what are my options after completing one of them, immigration-wise?

You don't qualify for a work permit if the degree is online.

The online degree won't automatically get you PR. There are a number of other requirements you would need to meet including having work experience, the right level of English/French knowledge, etc. Detailed information about Canada's immigration programs can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

'not automatically' that's a given, will it give more points? If I have an Engineering bachelor degree from my country and a technology management masters from a canadian university, do I qualify for engineering jobs or only managerial? and another question on a different topic, when do I qualify for a work permit without having a canadian job offer or canadian experience?(assuming the job search starts after traveling and immigration?

To qualify for a work permit, you need a Canadian job offer and your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA. If you are a permanent resident, you don't need a work permit to work in Canada.

Taking a Masters will get you more education points. Since it's an online program, I don't know if this will be considered as a Canadian degree for additional points.
