Online Business on an open work permit permissible?

Hello.

I am on an open work permit till October of 2018. I am working full-time right now.

I was wondering:

A) Am I legally allowed to create an online eCommerce business in Canada? I plan to hold no inventory and all the goods will directly be shipped from source (India, China) to destination (can be any country).

B) If i am not, what options do i have, if i have to start an online eCommerce business here? Or is my only option is to start the business from my home country (India) and work on it from here in Canada?

How exactly can one do this? I'm on a working holiday visa here in Canada (From Ireland) with not that much time left and I want to register my ecommerce business here.(No inventory in Canada/All business is in the US (But only sell in the US/But I will be paying Canadian Taxes).

A lot of people are saying you cannot do this unless you are a landed immigrant/PR.
