Online Applications from the US

They won't even admit that its their failure to keep up with the applications and processing times that's causing the delay.

Sure, here's their reply:

other external factors beyond our control.

When you say " they are working on Nov. 11th case", then what are your sources to validate that. I have seen ppl who applied later than date and got the result days back.

I'm not a lucky person. I applied TRV on Nov. 8th online from US. The online application from US is processed in Canada. I checked the processing time there, it says Nov. 11th.

Yes you were correct. I have realized that online application are processed from Ottawa office and as of Dec. 27th they were looking at applications as of Nov.11th 2013.
I am however confused as when i went in person to Canadian Embassy in Los Angeles on 27th Nov. 2013, i was told to do it online as they had people who applied online as latest as 11th of the same month and they are sending the approval. So it seems there is huge confusion among the Consulates as who has the correct information.

I applied online for Visitor Visa on Nov 15th 2013 from USA (I'm an Indian origin person working at US).
The website shows 'updated last on Nov 30th'.
But still haven't got the approval/email notification...more than 50 days!

No replies to the multiple enquiries sent to CPP Ottawa email address.

Is there any CIC contact number where someone can provide any info?

I too applied online from US on November 9th, and haven't heard yet! They should at least update their processing time so people can plan ahead. Their website says the current processing time is 38 days but they are processing November 11 applications! How does that make sense?
