I am trying to fill online application for TRV is it that when we fill the form 5257 is by default we have to fill it out side canada , I am in canada so still I have to fill outside canada form or there is a different form inside canada!

There is a drop-down box where you can select the country you live in. Simply select Canada.

I have same issue. I am confused . which form it should be IMM 5257 or IMM 5710 ?
