I know..but even if they check with the company they will say that I'm working with them. Or can anyone please give me some suggestions on what to do? How to get a visit ? I need to go by October first week I'm not working that's the problem..please help someone

It will be terrible if you are banned for misrepresenting about your unemployment in your TRV application. Just so you know: Any ban will automatically make you inadmissible to apply for PR as well for 5 years.

Don't assume that IRCC will only check with your fake employer about your employment. There are a number of other ways that IRCC can confirm whether or not you are actually employed. And, I am not going to explain about the other check processes because I get the impression that you might (mis)use those ideas just to get a TRV.

There's no assured way of getting a TRV nor an assurance of getting a TRV by a specific time.

Your best way is to apply in the HONEST possible way. If you're destined to be granted a TRV then you will be granted one

Okie.. I got reply to a case specific enquiry sent 28 days ago. All they said is that the file is in Delhi VO. Never know where it will get approved...

No i don't have. BUT one of the my friend get visa last week who has nearly same situation. The only difference is he has US visa.
