I got refuse for my application for the following reasons

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including

immigration status in country of residence

Family ties in Canada and in country of residence

Purpose of visit

Personal assets and financial status

I am living in UAE for almost 20 years
In the same job for 17 years more than 10k CAD salary.
And i have in statement 38k CAD

I had US visa and several Schengen Visa one is valid

How can reopen the application again? What shall i do?

It was per month, but now i left that job
If you left your job before applying visa.
How would the canadian authorities believe you that you will return back?
Bro visitor visas are easy to get for the ones who are doing job provided they have to show NOC from the employer, salary slips, salary account statements and leave letter on company letter head.

Hi I have applied for visitor visa on 26th June, 2018. And also recieved an email containing Application number and UCI no.

But after thay didn't receive any update. If checking the status after online linking with CIC account.

Its saying application under process and will update you once start reviewing your application for eligibility.

Please can anyone advice what we should do?? Its been a month today but no update.

You just have to wait little longer, looks like a lot people are still waiting even after CIC 's currently mentioned processing time.

Same .. june 14th bangalore .. no updates

Of the delays in processing, Bangalore is definitely one of them.. i have applied online and based on the location of my in-laws, the nearest visa office would be Bangalore and the application is stuck from 48 days without any updates at all (no biometrics required, medical and background checks not applicable)

For online submissions, applications can be processed by any visa office in the IRCC global network. It won't be surprising if their applications are being processed by a visa office like Sao Paulo or Bangkok or Colombo or even Warsaw.

The Bangalore visa office will only physically stamp the visas in such cases

Thanks @Bryanna, makes sense, The TRV application for my in-laws is stuck in "Review of Eligibility in progress" since 9/Jun/2018 and there is no reply to case specific inquiry too(sent on 13/Jul/2018). It's been 48 Days.

No ghost emails, no acknowledgement emails and it says (Background check not applicable, bio metrics not required and medicals not required).
Should we send one more case specific inquiry?

Is it common for application to stuck for longer in "Review of eligibility?"

IMO, the Bangalore visa office is pretty quick in processing applications. I'm guessing their applications are being processed by a visa office outside India or else the delay is because of the huge number in visa applications.

Did you apply directly or through an agent?

Responses to CSEs could take up to 30 days. So, it won't help to send another one

Okay @Bryanna , we applied directly through IRCC online and not through any agent. So anything else we could possibly do to get status / expedite the process?
