Is that is fine to write the VO email asking about the status of case? Some people says we should not write them asking about status.

If you applied online or you linked that paper app to the online account then the visa office will not disclose the internal processing status other than what is visible to you in the processing status

I have neither applied online not attached my application. I tried attaching the paper base application online but it was giving error "application not found". Hence, I can ask the status, right?

Anyone got the visitor acknowledgement letter from ndvo saying delay in processing due to too many applications? and when did you get that letter?

If your travel agent applied on your behalf then you will not be able to link your application to know the processing status. Your agent can access this status

Too many who applied in June got that email. I got the same after 25 days passed. But you can never sure when they will pick your file even after this email.
