Do you had applied under CAN+ ?

No .. but previous history of US travel but visa expired. So can’t be considered for Can + . Travelled extensively all over the world except for Canada.

what kind of interview call? does it for all applicants?

Not every applicant is asked to attend an interview. It is only for borderline approval cases where IRCC wants to give those applicants a chance, in-person. to prove they are genuine visitors without straight refusals

I have applied for Visitor visa for my parents on June 5th online. Got passport request for them on June 25th, but do my parents have to go to VFS Canada office in India to drop their passports or is their any way that we can send then through courier. Please let me know if any one have an idea.

Your parents must submit their passports in-person at the nearest VFS. One parent can submit on behalf of the other.

The other option is to have an authorized representative submit their passports. There is no formal form/format for authorizing someone.... plain paper format.

Courier is not an option at all

Hi there ,

I applied on June 8 at Chandigarh VFS paper application. Till now I haven’t received any response from Visa centre.

I was wondering how can I link my file without application number as they didn’t send me any.
I tried linking with DOB and passport details but no success so far.

Also where can I get my application number or UCI number ?
