Online application status not correct

Hi, application online status says "In Progress" for most things aside from "Background Verficiation" which is says "Completed"

Also, I sent the required document to them and I got an email a while ago that said they received the necessary document but the status says "Waiting on you"

Is this a normal thing people experience or is there some sort of issue? Any info is appreciated!

This is normal. It will go away when an officer actually works on your file.

Thank you. So if I got invited for the citizenship test then does that mean everything else that says “In Progress” is actually finished?

No. It's means it's still in progress. After test they start work on LPP and then on oath
