yes its possible, do you know if your processing is happening in Canada or outside Canada. If outside Canada then you need to contact that office not Canada Mississauga office

Yes my application is processing outside Canada in Singapore, but they are mentioned that if we call them it might be delaying about our applications. I probably call them next week and see if they will going to call me or not.

whoever says it delays they are wrong its not true because you are only checking status or have a question

Thanks for everyone who respond and help me. Today I got an call from IOM and they asked for some additional questions and they told me they will call me back again in next few days for my medical.

Great news ! You passed the eligibility step ( interview) now it's the admissibility ( medical, background check) , soon your process is going to finish.

I cannot tell you the exactly time because it depends on Visa Office and when flight is scheduled per year for PSR applicants in your asylum country.
