The origin of medical request is not written in the medical request.

Please update when you get the passport. I got mine introduction letter today.

I got my visa today, it's validity started when CIC sent request for passport - May 9,2013

hello conratulations on your visa I will just ask, i just had my medical at st.luke's last april 14 but until now i didn't received any response yet from the embassy. Its a paper based application. what comes first, the interview or the medical? thank you..

I wasn't not required of an interview.

I got my visa two days ago just waiting to receive passport in my hand on probably Sunday.

I got my visa stamped on my passport, delivered to me yesterday. ..... the package comes with a copy of the Letter of Introduction too.

Congratulations smallbird! So all-in-all, it took you 83 days (~12 weeks) to finish everything, a week less than the average. Hopefully my application timeline will be the same as yours or even shorter.

It depends on the duration of your study, plus an 1 month -from CIC.

My study permit is valid until the TRV is valid - June 30, 2015.

Is it a 2 yr course? I thought if that's the case it should be a 3 yr student visa. anyways, congratulations again.
I hope to have good news this week. May God give me His promises this week because I still have so many things to do
and I don't know when and where to start.

we do have the same date of application last april 9th but right now I am still waiting for the medical request from the embassy. Does your med request came from EMAIL? Or by Mail? Thanks.
