Online application - LMIA work permit

Hi,
I have an LMIA and started online application for work permit. After going through through all questionnaires, the system created a page with list of forms and supporting documents. The list showing is not complete as per the guide for those applying from Pakistan/Abu Dhabi centre. I am concerned if I follow the list, the application may not be complete. Also it shows fees as $100 only where fees for LMIA work permit should be 155$.

Have any one gone through the process of submitting online application for LMIA work permit from Pakistan?
Can you please advise the steps.

I am going to try it next week with my consultant. I have positive LMIA under NOC 2175? How about you, may be we can help each other? I can send you document checklist that i got from my consultant. Please review that before you submit your application.
