Hi,

My AoR is 15 July 2018. I have been waiting for a decision for the past 12 months... Today I cross the 12 months mark... What should I do??

My file is currently at NDVO...

Please advise.

No of course it's not enough.

That's why your application is stuck, it's most likely about to be rejected.

My suggestion is to send the following by CSE as soon as possible:

- copy of sibling's lease
- copy of sibling's phone/internet/electricity/water bills; whatever your sibling can provide
- sibling's last month's Canadian bank statement showing active transactions (optional)
 
The point is to prove your sibling is currently living in Canada. Things like lease and utility bills will prove your sibling is still living in Canada.

Yes, that should work - along with a copy of the lease. If they don't have a lease (living/subletting from family or friend) , you must explain in an LOE
 
He owns the house...but the problem is that the house is in his wife's name...

I also have his utility bill but it's in his wife's name

One month's bills will be sufficient. I provided my sister's last month bills and I got ppr.

You can re-upload drivers license along with the bills to show proof that it's his address.
