The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Error: We couldn't upload your file.

• Error Description:
  Make sure you are using the latest application form from our website. You can get it by clicking on the link below.
  • Answer all questions on the form
  • Click on the validation button
  • Save it on your computer (as a PDF)
  • Upload the saved PDF document here
  Common issues:
  • After I click the Validate button on my application form, nothing happens and I don't see the barcodes. Why?
  • I validated my form, but when I try to upload it to my account I get a validation error. What can I do?
  • What do I do if I have technical problems when applying online?

Please clear all the cookies and cache from your browser, if you do not know how to do that.

Please install a new browser and try uploading. Make sure, that you have the latest adobe pdf file.
