Sorry for the repost as I figured out this category is a more appropriate place...

Hi I am a CSQ holder in Quebec. From what I see my employer is exempt from LMIA. But when I am doing online application to extend my work permitthere is no way to bring me the final document checklist I expect to see.

Esp for this question "Which situation best describes your work situation?" If I answer "none of above", it leads me to question asking if I have LMIA. And there is no options like I am exempted. If I choose no, well it says that I am not qualify to apply work permit.

If for the question "Which situation best describes your work situation?" I answer provincial nominee (Not sure if quebec skilled worker is considered provincial nominee though). Then it ask me if I have CSQ and thats it. Nothing about LMIA. But the final document checklist includes all kinds of documents about provincial nominee. Well we dont have all those documents in Quebec. So now I am getting confused. Should I really go for paper based application for this? Can anyone help me out? Does anyone have similar experience? Thanks!
