I am in Montreal. The next step is to apply for QSW by following these steps:

though we have to wait for the printed copy of our csq.

For me still shows “En attente de traitement”. Did you have any changes before approving CSQ.

1. What is the average wait time once the CSQ has been issued.
2. I am currently on a PGWP (work permit), what if the work permit expires before the PR has been issued? Can I extend my work permit, if so, how long would be this extension?

I think it's ok if you are in Canada because you have an application and before having a decision you are protected
But to be more protected, I would advise you to extend your work permit if possible and also you will be protected all the processing time

you will get yours soon ..mine, it just changed to "Décision rendue" after being notified in the email that there is a change in the account.

#1 My CSQ was approved in less than 2 months (PEQ-Skilled worker, working in tech)
#2 If you are in Quebec, unfortunately BOWP does not apply to us so the only way (for now ) to extend our work permit/pgwp is to ask our employers\ for an employer-specific work permit

I hope so, but I signed the form electronically (AI pilot program) , it seems I should wait for other decisions as well.
