ONLINE APPLICATION DECISION HAS BEEN MADE. HELP

HI EVERYONE!

I APPLIED ONLINE WITH MY FAMILY FOR A TRV. WHEN I LOOKED AT MY ONLINE APPLICATION THE "DETAILS" SHOWS APPROVED FOR ALL 3 OF US. HOWEVER WHEN I CLICK ON STATUS AND MESSAGES IT SAYS IT IS STILL OPEN AND A FINAL DECISION HAS NOT BEEN MADE.

THIS IS ONLY FOR ONE MEMBER OF MY FAMILY. FOR THE OTHERS, IT SHOWS CLOSED, AND THIS APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED.

BY THE WAY THEY ASK FOR ORIGINAL PASSPORTS FOR THE 3 OF US AT THE SAME TIME.

SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

I am going to apply online application for my parents. can anyone please guide me few points.
1. Do they sign form IMM5645E
2. 1 written in form IMM5257E $12000 in my father's form as it is showing in bank statment But Can u tell me what should i write amount in my Mother's form IMM5257E as my mother is accompany to my father. and also she doesn't have bank account.

1. Yes, your parentes need to sign and scan form IMM5645E to upload.
2. in both forms you can mention same amount.
