Online access through 120 day period

Hi all,

There is problem to access the online check service through 120 day period for all people?

I didn't have any problems during the 120 days as soon as I got the file number.

I have file number but I can not access the service

As Rupeshhari said, you shouldn´t have any problem once you have your file number thats starts with B... , try to chage your name, write only last or first and some thing like try, little play aroud and you will get in. Thers nothing involves 120 days limit or etc.

I was also having the same problem and it was fixed after sending an email to Webmaster-CICNet@cic.gc.ca
They responded me well in time. Actually my date of birth was entered by them wrong. When writting them en email give all the details like file number, DoB, Surname, Full Name, Nationality etc
