Hello guys,
I just have one question. I been working in my field for a year and half in Ontario now and I am licensed in a regulated college of Early childhood education in Ontario; meaning that I have a licence to work in my field. Also I have searched up for regulated occupation in Ontario and Early childhood education is one of them.
Now my question is do I qualify under pnp Employer/Job Offer- Foreign worker and I only have a year and half months experience and I also have licence in ontario?

here is the information from the ONIP guide:
As a foreign worker, you must also:
 Have two years of work experience in the intended occupation in the last five years immediately preceding the date of application submission. The work experience can be cumulative and must be in the same NOC as the intended occupation.
OR
Have the relevant mandatory licensing in Ontario for a regulated occupation.
 Hold a valid licence or certification at the time of application submission if your job offer is in an occupation that requires a mandatory licence or certification in Ontario.
 Be residing abroad or residing, working or visiting Canada on a valid work permit, study permit or visitor record.

Please advice .. thanks friends! :)

I have almost the same question...my husband meets all the requirements (2 years of employment etc) but don't have a licence yet...he is a truck mechanic...can he apply for PNP Employer/Job or not? The rule above says "2 years OR licence/certification" ...so it's hard to understand!

At the same time general information sounds different:

"As a foreign worker, you must also:

Have two years of relevant work experience in the intended occupation in the last five years immediately preceding the date of application submission. The work experience can be cumulative and must be in the same NOC as the intended occupation.
Have the relevant mandatory licensing in Ontario for a regulated occupation, if applicable.
Be residing abroad or residing, working or visiting Canada on a valid work permit, study permit or visitor record."

There is no OR and I understand it as...if the occupation is regulated the licensing is mandatory.
Can some knowledgeable person answer to this question, please?

Hey guys,

My OINP Foreign Worker application changed its status to APPROVED. Now I can imagine that there is a long way ahead in order to get my PR.

Is there any way to receive the OINP nomination in Express Profile or for the OINP Foreign Worker stream, the paper-based PR application is the only option?
