You mean to say if i start my job on 17 Nov 2016 them i have to wait until 17 Nov 2017 ??
if its like this than why CIC just require month and year and not the exact date ?

I am still skeptical since i know someone who recieced pr and she was in first week of 24th month of the work experience when received ITA.
