hi everyone,
I started to work full-time (37.5 hours per week )on March 6, 2017
my post-graduate work permit expires on March 3, 2018.
am I covered in order to reach one-year work experience ( 52 weeks at least 1560 hours )?
what if I take 2 weeks vacation pay? ( it would be 50 weeks )
as you can see I'm very tight and I don't want to make any mistakes.

Thanks

You'll be 3 days short. It won't count as a year.

My lawyer told us at a conference that we might be able to apply once you have 11 months of experience, she said that the 11 months would count as 1 year experience, but just to be sure you could contact her and explain your situation, I can send you her information via PM if you want

Your lawyer is mistaken, one year is 12 months. CIC has a glitch in their system that counts 11 months as one year experience, but its a GLITCH.

Thanks

back to my questions even tough I'm 3 days short I count 52 working weeks and 28 bi-weekly pay stubs.
My other concern was about the 2 weeks vacation pay.
Could somebody help me rather than talk about lawyers...

Paid vacation is considered part of employment, you are still employed, so there is no need to deduct the time from your experience.

You are short by 2 days, which makes this risky. Technically, you do not meet the 1 year minimum requirement, but you are so close, that is possible that a VO might give you a pass. But understand, they don't have to, they could easily refuse you. If you decide to go ahead and apply, you just have to understand that there's a good chance that your application will be deemed ineligible. If you have no other options and want to try anyway, that is your prerogative, and you might get lucky - stranger things have happened.

Keep in mind that you are supposed to depart Canada no later than the expiry of your permit, unless you apply to renew your status (i.e., change to visitors status) before your work permit expires. So if you want to legally work up until the very last day, don't neglect your status. Unfortunately, you won't be eligible for a BOWP.

Actually, I'm not really sure what you're asking. Are you asking about taking 2 weeks of vacation, or are you asking about vacation pay?

I know I'm not eligible for a Bridge work permit but I can apply for a visitor visa and wait, yes I know it's risky but I don't have other choices,
so the 2 weeks vacation pay count anyways even if I leave the country?

Again, what do you mean? Do you mean you took 2 weeks of paid vacation? If that's what you mean, then yes, it counts.

If you mean, you will get 2 weeks of vacation pay when your job ends, then no, you cannot count that time.
