Hi guys I a currently reviewing the spreadsheet for 2015 inland application and what I have noticed they will give our OWP in a month or two after AOR. so lets always pray and goodluck to everyone!

In my case AOR was recieved thru sponsor(spouse) email. and after 2 days both ecas were activated..

Read the paragraph no. 3 and your answer is there. So when you send your application there, then make sure you put the maximum info into that like when was your application recieved by CIC on of PR, who received it etc so it will help them to find your PR file and attach the work permit application with it. It's my thought.

FYI, it takes a few months for CIC to send inland applicants AOR, so you won't hear anything for awhile.

Just wondering, if my wife did not get AOR or OWP before six months of her arrival in Canada. Can she still stay in Canada or she has to leave? Its been already two months that she moved into Canada as a Visitor. Still four months to go.

You will have AOR in the first four months or the Work permit. Work permit is taking little longer but if the time passes then 4 months contact cic. Your wife can apply extension of her visa before her completion of 6 months. The extension usually take 3-4 months too. You have tons of time. I am nov 27 applicant. Almost 2 months didn't hear anything yet.

Sometimes CIC works a bit out of sync. It may just be that the person/people processing Dec apps are making more of an effort to send out AOR.

As she applied for the OWP/PR while she still had valid status, she will have Implied Status if her visitor status expires before she recieves the OWP.

I was wondering if our application would be refused or delayed because of this situation? We explained this situation in the application. The Application was sent Dec20. His closed work permit expires May, 2016. We sent an application for OWP along with PR App. What should we expect?

A requirement of applying inland is that you live together, so CIC will most likely refuse the app. You should have applied outland.

Thanks! 2 months huh! it's a killer...I am still hopeful by the time I realize my mistake I already sent another OWP with the missing fee of $100 in Vegreville last 01/3/2016 without waiting for the OWP application to be returned...I hope they consider it anyway..Where did you resend your OWP? Can you please give me the complete address where did you send it mississauga or vegreville?

Yes With OWP you can work 2 jobs..full time / part time
