Hi, I did one year post secondary in Alberta and now I will complete my 6 month study related work experience which will eligible me to apply for AINP but the processing times are getting higher in case if I did not got my nomination before my work permit expires what are my options????

You really have two options. The first is to change your status to visitor and stop working while you wait. The second is to have your employer obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.

But AINP doesn’t give nomination if we expire and is it easy to get LMIA ??

No. LMIA is a long and complicated process. Only your employer can obtain one. This isn't something you can do. It typically takes 4-6 months.

Yes. It's a multi month process that requires quite a bit of work on the part of your employer.
