That's the reason that they r taking more time as u have visited 3 countries
But dont worry at all
Only more time they can take but finally they will have to issue u PPR

Offcourse

they wil ask u for another medical as old one is expired now
But be patience
They wil call u definitely
I have seen many people who got their PPR after one year
So u wil also get it very soon

Everybody now a days is thinking that he is unlucky

But think about people whose applications r rejected
At least u r better than those

Few days back i was also thinking that i m unlucky
But now i conclude "No" so many other people r waiting for PPR for long long time
But for me it is 4th month only
Even though if it is one year but we can we do?
Nothing We can do nothing
So let all the things on ALLAH
If ALLAH think it is better for us, he wil give us but he think not good for us, He will not give us
Moreover world does not end for us if we fail to get PR
So many new doors open if one door is closed
