one year in the pool?

In CIC page its mentioned that all the eligible applications will remain in the pool for one year,does it mean that :

1.suppose, IF I make the EE profile today,and if i have all the requird docs,ECA,Ielts etc.i would still need to wait for at least one year before getting ITA?

2.at initial assesment my score is around 437,.any possibility of ITA?

Answered this in the other thread. Try and not create too many threads - it just leaves the forum even more cluttered and makes it harder to search for sensible information, as you would already know from your experience.

Thanks, but my previous thread was about ECA,.here i m asking about the time my application would be in the pool .
