one year Canada skilled worker experience and have job offer but moving to the US

Friends,

I have one year skilled worker experience in Canada and also currently have a job offer so that I can claim additional 50 points (LMIA Exemption) so planning to apply for Express entry but I will have to move to the US sometime in Jan due to work related challenges. Is it ok for me to move to the US while my application is being processed or will I lose my 50 points if I am relocated to the US. Pls advise.
