One Single Bank Transaction Till Maturity.. Guidance Please

Thank you for taking out your time to read my post.

I have recently started maintaining my bank statement for January, 2017 intake. I have deposited PKR 4 million cash into the account. I got the amount by selling a plot. This will be the only transaction that will last will maturity of the statement.

Kindly guide me if this will create any problem or it is okay to have a single transaction? Looking forward for positive response.

if the plot was in your name and amount is available only for you thn it would be ok,,,,, give explanation that you sold your plot and money is yours,,,

Nice if you have some papers, some transfer of title from your name to buyer's name.

the plot was of my father.. therefore the name in the document is also my father's. is that okay..?

No. What is it to do with you?

Is that account where money were deposited on your name only? Then ask your father to write a letter explaining that he sold the plot and gave you those money for studying abroad. Then he could provide sale papers with his name on it.

Yes the account is in my name only.

I'll ask my father to provide that. But is it okay if I have only one transaction in my bank account.?
