One set of documents for sponsor and spouse

Kindly inform if we can send one set of documents from husband and wife in the same time for procedure of family sponsorship. Wife is outside of Canada and husband lives in Quebec, Montreal.
If it is possible then what should be written in Generic form IM0008 in question 3 regarding CSQ certificate, which we don’t have now. Can we live this field empty?

You send everything together... sponsorship application, principal applicants application, medical receipt, receipt for fee's paid and all evidence. leave question 3 blank they will send you instructions when it is time for you to do this. Good Luck!
