Strange that with full application many have received AIP!!! According to IRCC , two stage processing supposed to be for uncompleted applications!
Any idea why?

Doesn’t work that way if VAC is closed in your country. Even complete applications will get AIP until the VAC reopens, this was also told by the IRCC in the webinar.

I Applied second time my student visa via online 14 July .I do not have any update yet . It shows all categories are reviewing. biometric and medical does not need . now running 33 days . please what can I do ? who is the same situation.

I have complete application from singapore vacs are open here but still got AIP. so irrespective of VACs open or not AIPs are being issued i guess.
