One month rest to submit the documents ... (seniors... Advice please)

Dear friends,

I have only one month now to submit the full documents to the visa office in London under the new roles and I haven’t finished collecting all my documents till today.And I expect to finish collecting them in around two months from today.

What shall I do now?

-Can I withdraw my application and resubmit it aging to get more time to finish collecting the documents?

-Or can I send my documents without those which I could not get it till now? And in this
case what will happen? Do they will withdrew my application and refund the fees?

Please advice me

If there are any suggestions please tell me and I will be very thankful.

spa meant , what were you waiting for i.e why u did not start collecting them at the right time.

I hav eone question , u still have amonth, which document is left - is it the IELTS/Transcripts /police clearance as i think these take most of the time.

I started collecting them already,

But ....

I'm working in another country, not my home land , and I worked before in two other countries , so , the police clearance are taking time , also, I have two years of experience in two different countries and I'm waiting to get the letter of experience from them, and also I need one week to send the application by mail.

I n my case, the 120 days is not enough time for my.

I hope every thing is clear now.

you can attach scan copies of your work experience.and PCC should not be an issue.
120 days are more than enough.you have to submit documents within 120 days if you want to pursue the PR application otherwise your file will be closed
go ahead and gather documents asap.
