One day trip in US??? Can some one help me please

You don't include same day visit to US as absences.

Better to include, otherwise they will see your entry into canada only

Why include them if same day to US and back to Canada counts towards residency qualification for citizenship.

You can report them if you like, but are not considered absence days.

to be safe just include them, anyway you cannot hide anything from them coz they have all the information of your trip pull out from border.

When I had my interview, they asked me if I have a day trip to US and I said yes and i even write it in the applications.

She said that it doesn't count as absent in Canada but its good thing that I write it coz it matches in my exits in Canada.

If you didnt stay more than 24 hours there is no problem.. I had same problem i added anyway.. Just 1 day, there is no reason to take risk..
