I got an Invitation for PR under CEC. I was filling the application and was asked "have you used any other name?". I have no different name but in my birth certificate, higher secondary, and college degree certificates my last name is abbreviated. For example, let's say my name is John Keller, in all of these above-mentioned certificates it says John K but in my passport and the rest of the college documents from Canada, it says John Keller. should I say yes or no? if yes, what kind of documents should I provide to support the above issue? an affidavit or a notarized letter?
