My file is also transferred to local office (Scarborough) since May 26th . God knows when will I receive my oath.

Oh so you applied recently...My time line is crazy 
I have applied in August 2011 and was given a pre test RQ in Feb 2013. Wrote test on Feb 2014 and waiting since then .....
