I was also rejected for Sep,2013 Session with good profile. My friend having exactly same profile, same college and similar course get the visa. Now I'm planning to apply again for sep,2014.

Profile:

+12 : 75%
BCA : 62%
IELTS : 6.5 bands ( Not less than 6 in any module )
College: Centennial

Reason: Program not relevant

I hardly feel that they give visa on the basis of your profile or your ielts score. They don't care about it. What matters are you financial conditions. People get money into their accounts from uncles, chacha, family relatives. You should have huge reserves back at your home country. Me and my friend got 6 in Ielts but still we got our visas in first try. They never give exact reason as well and sometimes its bad luck as well. go for a second try.

That's exactly right -- one is admitted by a university, but gets a visa from the country, and neither cares about the other's reasons.

then what have they got to do wid d course dat d student has opted for?..:/..wen dey give reasons such as unnatural progression of studies and unreasonable progression of study fr rejection of visas..arent dey going agnst dis general rule of focussing on finances dat u just toked about by doing so?...
so u see.. its not all about d finances otherwise people who have opted for student loans wudnt have struck gold as they did! ;)
