ON PNP asked to pick up PR card at CIC office.

I applied in 2013 and landed in march this year and was waiting for pr card but today when i called call centre they told me they have send an letter which i will receive sometime this week to pick the pr card at CIC office..

Anyone with same situation? I'm kind of worried now.. Any comments, help is appreciated..

I'll trade you for my case which is quite common, where I haven't heard anything from CIC and have no idea if or when I'll get a card at all.

You should wait until you receive the letter, and then go to place they say and see if your card is waiting there for you. And then maybe worry (or call them again... but it's all good though because you're a permanent resident even if you don't have the card).

if you had permanent job offer to gain your pr then take a current employment letter
and you are fine
