There wasn't any QR call so far when I received the AOR as an August applicant.

Masters, and PNP took around 6 weeks in June-July 2014.

It took 7 months to get the AOR. Wasn't a fun period of time at all but I guess for you guys the process will be respectively faster since they look like they are moving faster lately.

You have to send original certificate and paste the sticker on your Envelope not on any form.
