Who has recently applied on-line for TRV - ?

I've been trying to create an application for three weeks and all the time I have one and the same error description:

System-generated error code: MZJ5GMD8 (2014-04-12 05:51:32)

Possible reasons::

We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

I've tried different computers, different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Explorer), cleared the cache, etc...
Nothing helps...:-(

Any Ideas - ?

CIC's sometimes do its website maintenance on the weekends - so that might be what's going on right now!
