On demand occupation list for PNP nomination

Hello friends,

I am hoping for a PNP invitation with a CRS of 433. I have neither studied or worked in Canada. Can someone clarify if the chosen occupation has to be in the 'On demand occupation list' for a certain province to receive ITA? My NOC is 4021 and I do not find it on the on demand occupation list for any of the provinces. I am worried. I believe my CRS is not too great to receive a federal ITA. Please help with your thoughts and suggestions.

433 below as per current CRS point. you dont get invitation no matter even it on demand list.
The EE rules are you must qualify by points, and the points are what they declare every time to pick
file from pool. best below line point was 453.

every province has different rules for that. i dont know about others but Saskatchewan hasnt selecting process what you said.
SINP required job offer or wait until thier without job offer occupation in demand quota open. last time just few days before they
opened 600 additional quota. totally they selected 1100 applicants this year til today from occupation in demand (SINP OID ).
if you fall in Sinp occupation in demand then wait for them to open quota.

you might need to wait and follow Ontario closely, they'll open up by Nov end
