On closed Work Permit, claiming points for more than 1 year Canadian Experience - Query about "Letter of Employment"

Hi All,

I really need help as to what to provide as 'Letter of Employment'?

Situation - I am on a closed Work Permit and am continuing my employment with the same employer for more than one year in Canada. Based on which I am applying for PR. I received ITA and for the same I need to provide:

1. Offer of Employment
2. Letter of Employment

My organization won't give any reference letters for PR. Hence, my queries:

Q1. Is it ok if I provide the letter which was issued to me by my company for work permit renewal (it mentions all the details required as per Offer of Employment). Only that at the end it mentions that this letter is issued for Work Permit renewal

Q2. For Letter of Employment, as I am currently employed with the same organization, hence what should be provided for this as I will be continuing my services for future too?

Will really any help provided.

Offer of employment – Skilled immigrants (Express Entry)
If you have a new job offer (offer of arranged employment), you need to update your Express Entry profile in your account with the :

• start date
• employer name and address
• Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) number (if you have one)
• National Occupational Classification (NOC) code related to the job

Your job offer must:

• be recent (usually less than 1 year old)
  • You can’t use the same job offer letter that you used to get your work permit

it should be in writing from the employer and specify your duties, pay deductions etc. I hope it helps.
